He describes his book in the introduction as follow :
"For my main problem is to reconstruct an ideal social life on earth as pictured by the rabbis of old...The Tannaitic literature, the Babylonian and Palestinian Talmudim, and the Midrashim, were utilized as the basis of the work… Nearly all the statements and conclusions set forth in this work are rabbinic…All the sources are given fully in the notes at the end of the book…"
In the book, Michael Higger makes the argument that "Jewish People" have been given the divine destiny to establish a New World Order and to subjugate all the nations of the earth and to eliminate those perceived as opposing the coming of the Jewish Messianic Era.
In the opinion of many, those that we call "zionists" (i.e. : “Jewish Zionists”) are taking it up on themselves to fulfill those thousand years old dreams of Jewish supremacy and absolute control over mankind. In a 1948, August 16th interview with Time Magazine (U.S. Edition Vol. LII No. 7), Ben-Gurion is also quoted as having stated :
"Our policy must be the unity of the human race. The world is divided into two blocs. We consider that the United Nations' ideal is a Jewish ideal".
