lol except for Austrians... I don't know many Russians but I've met a few Austrians, among them a great friend... and if he wasn't studying in a country away from his girlfriend he would be "on the rag" 
Or if he didn't have a girlfriend, but don't all the young lads say that, yes they do.

I was just kidding, of course the russians have fun, like hide the toilet paper or hide the vodka (similar results as the said mail prank)

More partners, eh? Not really something to be bragging about just in case they've not been told yet...arent they also one of the "danger zones" in the list of countries with major AIDS issues? 
Honestly I'm glad I'm Arab. STD and disease isn't spread by the sheer number of sexual mates but more in the riskier the behavior. Lots of religions condone conceptions, which would include condoms.
The South and Southeast Asia leads all other nations in STD's.* Likely due to the level of prostitution in those countries. Russia didn’t even place.
