at first I thought these people were actually travelling but it appears they are just making avatars on a website? Is there something I'm missing where it gives actual instructions about what people should be doing?

I believe that the Guantanamo thing is just a test run to see how the population reacts to concentration camps. Of course they call it "detention center" but it is a concentration camp.

Thus I think that there will be opening a whole lot more such camps rather than close this one.

I believe that the opening of more concentration camps will happen as a direct consequence of the coming attack against the US.
Of course this may also happen if "the terrorists" kill Bush, which I thinkwill happen since every president elected in a zero year died in office (1840, 1860, 1880, 1900, 1920, 1940, 1960, 1980 - Reagan they just barely missed).

and the thing is, you know that if they do have concentration camps in America IBM will build the computer software to determine who to put in said camps and for how long.
