yep yep...let's keep it going. i have new energy for sure.
I'm sorry, I don't mean to judge, but I really dislike that statement AND Al Creed's. It's hard for me to explain why, too. So you're going to have to bare with me as to why I even said something. But I don't think politics should go in trends. I mean, I guess what I mean to say is I'm sorry to hear that it took a tragedy to give you guys energy. I have immense amounts of energy just because I live and others don't. Or I CONTINUE to live and others haven't in the past. Meaning, even when there aren't new (new meaning publicized) problems being created by the Left's favorite Scape Goat, George W. Bush, that's no cause to lay back down. Not at all. Because then there's still the "well we gotta make it better, we gotta prevent things from happening again" aspect. In other words, there is no "over" to this fight.
I dunno, I guess I'm just really sorry that it took Katrina to energize ANYONE. Aren't past disgraces & tragedies enough to want to prevent them from happening again? Or to want to continue to hold those accountable? I'm sorry, but Katrina is a distraction. 9/11 was a distraction. The London bombings, The Spain bombings, the Iranian bombings, the 1,000 dead recently in Iraq -- they're all horrible, horrible distractions. People had to die just so that the Left can crucify Bush yet again. That's bullshit! Upon the first outrage, the first transgression, the first problem, we should have unleashed a vicious attack unrelenting untill all the wronged were once again right.
At this point, some of us are praying for more tragedies so the public will increase support of a Democratic challenger in "08. And I just gotta say, that's incredibly sad.
Again, this is hard for me to explain, so don't take it to heart of I've offended you. I'm not sure how to explain it just yet.
