Had Zimmerman just been a random thug instead of a neighborhood patrol thug, it is likely that the Trayvon case would not be such a hot topic as it has become. The issue is more about an abuse of power, authority and privilege than it is about race.

You can probably find thousands of black on white murders, just as well as someone can find white on black murders, but when it comes to abuse of authority murders, who is more often than not, on the receiving end of it?

Maybe your blind to what white privilege means as it is a global phenomenon. when I was in India and Pakistan, many times whites got cab service before me and my family who are native those lands. When I was at the Indian embassy my family and I including other Indians were told to move from a particular unrestricted area outside while whites weren't. Restricted areas of historic buildings were open to white tourists and not it's own people. Take a look at the statistics of who is in jail an who isn't. When the minority are the majority in prison, it clearly represents the racial divide that is America. A melting pot of diversity with no equality is pointless. There is a leniency to accept the story of a caucasion by police over people of color. You'd have to spend a day in one of our shoes to know what it feels like. I've traveled the world over, Pakistan, England, France, India, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean, Scotland, Italy. No where are people treated as differently based on race as in America.

If Zimmerman is walking back to his truck. And then Martin comes back after Zim, the same Martin that Zim thought was initially a threat...how does Zimmerman not draw a gun and shoot at that point?

Zimmerman is a Cuban Jew. If Martin was a Puerto Rican, I would no doubt think it was about nationality as they hate each other in FL.

That's clearly murder. Its nearly the same thing, though we don't know why or who started the argument it doesn't matter you can't just shoot someone because you get in a fight especially when you have a car and they don't you could just leave. Even worse the guy was handicapped. Imagine if the white guy was whupping his ass and so the black guy shot him none of you would give a damn. Also imagine he was a teenager being stalked by a 28 year old. I don't think Anyone is going to agree the black guy was using self defense unlike the zimmerman case which is a clear case of people prejudice against "thug culture" which wasn't even Trayvon there some pictures of some stupid kid thugging out in his underwear spread around facebook and on white racist sites and it wasn't even Trayyon it was some punk in Georgia with the same first name. I don't know how many times I hear he's 6'3 he's 6'3 or look at this photo he was a "gangsta"
