Florida Statutes, Title XLVI, Crimes Section 776.041 — Use of force by aggressor: “The justification described in the preceding sections of this chapter is not available to a person who… (2) Initially provokes the use of force against himself or herself, unless: (a) Such force is so great that the person reasonably believes that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm and that he or she has exhausted every reasonable means to escape such danger other than the use of force which is likely to cause death or great bodily harm to the assailant…”

Trayvon had no marks on his hands. Zimmerman had no visible blood on his face or clothes which is odd because the head has tons of blood vessels. http://download.videohelp.com/vitualis/med/bloodh-n.htm Have you ever cut yourself shaving or had a minor cut to your face or head? or had a bloody nose? The injuries Zimmerman described were more than shaving or a minor cut. They were supposedly near life threatening and still not one bandage 30mins after the supposed life threatening event. We also know that Zimmerman has anger issues and a criminal record. Trayvon is just some punk teenage like many guys his age and many adults too but that doesn't make him a criminal.

And what about Trayvon going for Zimmerman's gun? Should Zimmerman have just let Trayvon take his gun and hope he doesn't use it on him?

And Zimmerman didn't provoke the use of force, because Trayvon CAME BACK to get a piece of him, that's Trayvon's fault, he should have went home.

You just started telling me about some speculations and that I thought it was laughable if someone had potentially had a brain injury which is total BS. My son got a concussion during spring break a few weeks ago in CO while snowboarding and I was in TX. Believe me, I was completely freaked out. However, he doesn't even know anything about that day even though he had a cat scan, tons of finger pricks to check glucose levels, and bruised up arms due to 3 attempts at an IV because he was fighting them. Concussions are serious and require medical treatment.

The lead investigator doesn't even believe Zimmerman and he had more facts than you.

there is no evidence but zimmerman's word that he was in a fight for his life. And the witnesses that did see then only saw pussy face on the ground the guy half his size that took him down had alreadygotten off of him when pusy face decided to shoot him.

And now your lying about what I said. I never said he HAD brain injuries, I said if he kept getting the back of his head smashed into the ground he may well have had brain injuries.

The police say he (Zimmerman) had injuries, the family says medical records will back those up. The tape shows a big gash to the back of his head. We have a witness saying the next day he had injuries. Face it, Zimmerman had injuries, trying to deny that based on a grainy video (there is a better quality one now which clearly shows the gash) is again, laughable.

And regarding Trayvon having no injuries, if he never got hit, what injuries do you expect him to have? If I punch someone, and then slam the back of his head against the ground with my hands on the side or top of his head, what injuries should I be showing?
