Like I said; "culture". It shouldn't be so surprising since Hindus and Sikhs in England come from the same region that most Muslims in England do, so it is only expected that they would share the same cultural habits from that region. Since most Muslims in England are from that region, and most of those that immigrate from that region to England are Muslims, then naturally they are going to account for 2/3s of the honor killings in England.
