This fucking story has turned from bad to outright horrible.

Last week a cop was making a run on a felony warrant, lights and sirens going, comes to an intersection where he strikes 2 motorcycles (3 people), killing one of them.

This is where it gets bad: the bikers were stopped at the intersection at a light and couldn't go forward due to traffic and the cop hit them from behind.

This is where it gets horrible: not only did the cop have alcohol in his system, but apparently on the blood draw he registered a .19... over twice the legal limit. It's also being reported that the blood draw was even 2 hours, 2 motherfucking hours, after the crash happened.

So this motherfucker had 2 hours to sober up an STILL tested a .19 BAC.

sounds fishy too. The cop is still going on trial for the deaths but the DUI charges were dropped due to "protocol errors" when they took the blood sample for his BAC.
