Zul I'm not way off on religions that's with an S because there are more than one of them. There was also a time, the greater portion of human history actually, where your religion didn't even exist. Other equally stupid and equally wrong religions existed and some are still around. This ought to tell you that your faith is just one among many man made tools to justify political structures and try to answer unexplained events with super natural causes. It will come and go, reform, split into sects, fight with one another and ultimate die off and or be delegated to trailer parks and the uneducated as science and actual history answer questions and give variable results that actually make sense and can be empirically demonstrated. To maintain the cling on superstitions after that is either for the stubborn too dense to accept being wrong about something they dumped their life into, or for the stupid/psychologically desperate who simply can not handle letting go of the fairy tale because of their own fear of death or need for an external source to give a purpose for their life.
