Though I disagree with the message of the video (ditch dairy), beating an animal with a tire iron is not something I am for. Clearly this is just sick individual and i wouldn't mind tying him up and beating him with a tire iron.

You can't really be against the message of this video, and against what's happening in the video. It's contradictory. Not trying to attack you or anything, but the very act of gathering large quantities of animals and throwing them in confined spaces in order to provide the public with cheap dairy products is in and of itself, abusive and disturbing.

I'm a proud vegan, and the only way things like this will ever stop, is if people stop buying from them.

with all the problems in the world animal cruelty ranks near the bottom. It makes me mad that people (vegans in particular) have such a problem with killing animals for food that they devote their lives to try and change it yet they ignore human suffering and vote for someone like Obama. Until you assholes wake up and acknowledge human beings are more important then animals I could give two shits about animal rights

Wow..... 12 counts of animal abuse, at 90 days each. He's only gonna be in jail for 3 years, and that's IF he serves the maximum sentence, and doesn't get out on parole.

This is not justice.

In what way am I, or any vegan for that matter, ignoring human suffering? I voted for Ralph Nader, I would NEVER vote for the establishment. A vegan is a hell of a lot better than your average sheep in this country that doesn't give a fuck about anything. Can any of us really claim that we are free from the blood stains you find everywhere? Can you claim that you don't purchase electronics devices made by exploited workers in China, and other poor countries? What about clothes? Do you not have any clothing made by a company like levi's that exploits it's workers? Can you say you don't put gasoline refined from stolen oil in your car?

Personally, all my clothes either come from a thrift store, or are made in America, and I'm a vegan. I do what I can to help, but there is only so much you can do. Just be glad that somebody cares about something worthwhile. Maybe you don't think it's worthwhile, but to me it is. I feel that a cow getting beat in the face is the same as a person getting beat in the face. One doesn't feel less pain than the other. Animals don't have voices, so I speak out for them. Just like Ry speaks for palestine when it doesn't have a voice.

Please, if you ever get a chance, watch the documentary "Earthlings" on freedocumentaries.org and tell me if you still feel that animal cruelty ranks towards the bottom. You don't think that 1,455 chickens getting slaughtered every second is a problem? 9 cows every second. 39 pigs..... every SECOND. All of them living terrible lives in confinement. Not to mention all the chemicals they put in the animals for human consumption. In what way does this rank towards the bottom? Please, enlighten me.

i respect the vegan types (didn't use to..) but its personally hard to get worked up about it when there are so many human problems. but when i do watch videos of animal cruelty, or hear the statistics, its startling. i mean if ethnic cleansing happens even though humans don't like it, imagine what terrors animals must face. it must be infinitely terrible for these animals, but it's hard to think about. i think a lot of people like to live in denial of it, i certainly do.

Lots of YouTube vids on this guy and his farm.
