Apart from AIDS, Save Darfur and Global Warming; hollywood never focuses on the dozens of other major problems that need our urgent attention.
Somebody's clearly pulling their strings coz there's a sinister political/economic motive behind all three movements.
Peter Duesberg said that AZT is one of the most toxic substances big pharma distributes, it is insane that this patented toxic crap is even considered a treatment for Acute Immune Deficiency Syndrome.

hey better than nothing i guess. Celebs have a lot of voice. i wished they would do more or would be smarter but at least some of them do something, most do nothing at all. I say we try to not make fun of them when they try to say something albeit trite and obvious.

from the handful of celebs that have said the official version of 9/11 was not true, none of them mentioned the israeli connection.
The only other thing I recall is the 'make poverty history compaign' where everyone was wearing white bands to show their solidarity to the poor, ironically those white bands were created by using slave labour.
I wish hollywood would raise the issue about sweat shop slavery, its almost impossible to make any progress without them on this issue.
I can't think of one celeb that has talked about palestine.
