What a fucking racket. Nobody needs a flu shot. Most healthy humans in developed counties have no problems surviving a flu infection. The hysteria in recent years is ridiculous and is lowering the species' immunity. People don't realize that over-vaccination leads to serious eco-system problems.

I guess my problem with vaccines is that it has more to do with business than helping people. They have federal protection for their products so... I think everyone knows where that leads.

Diet and life style are the keys to health. Neither of which are satisfactory for the average American. Obesity is a huge problem for people in America. The medicines in our world are not the only problem. Many toxins are found in the environment which ultimately find their way into our bodies. The air, water and food we consume are all contaminated. Nature has it's own purifying engine but is over whelmed by the quantities and mostly covered by concrete. Is it possible anymore for a life style change to matter? Is it possible to have a life style change? Exercise is also key. But healthy exercise seems a thing of the past as well. Good exercise requires a good mental attitude. In the chaos of our world the mind is never at peace. Don't get the idea that it is not your fault. There is always something you can do but motivation is another problem. A good support group is part of the solution. This is a support group of sorts but because of the lack of intimacy has little binding effect. The tools we need are hard to find and just like the problems we face in Government, all the roads and doors to success have been blocked before us by those who would be our masters. In days past, community meant just that. We are all interdependent. Yet in the face of adversity we put up our walls and close our eyes to the help and need that stands outside. The answers are in you. Is the will there?
