Napolitano seems like a pretty good guy. He called Ron Paul our Thomas Jefferson and has spoken at places like the Mises Institute. How it got on the air, I don't know. It might have to do with the fact he's one of the "experts" FOX calls in sometimes for "reports" on complicated legal situations.
