How professional is wikipedia? Not very. Check out their page on SONY calling the corporation "a piece of crap." This let anyone edit idea of wiki back fires. I have seen many pages that were in accurate. In the Lavon affair they had the wrong person's name up as the jacket bomber for months. Their profiles on Zionists fair no better. Wiki opperates on the priciple of the squeaky wheel get the oil I believe.

lol look at the wiki profile of Marc Rich and it doesn't even metion he was in the Mossad. That's a little important fact they are missing there and it does not get inot his scandals with Gaidar either.

That happens all the time. Wikipedia is horrible, not cause of the vandilism, but because of the contsant pro Zionist point of view.

Politically neutral articles are pretty good on wikipedia, so I've always thought, but when it comes to somewhat lesser known facts that some might not want to be generally known, I think wikipedia is probably way too popular and easily edited to expect to remain uninfluenced.

I've never tried to edit anything there, but maybe there are ways to protect factual articles from within.

yea fuck wiki. i have had alot of bad expieriences with it,

if someone can edit Sony and make it say sony (5th largest media corporation in the world) is a piece of crap and no editor catches then that shows how easily anything can be changed. Dont even report it to them I sent it to WRH I say we nail them and discredit the hell out of the site because they ALWAYS censor things on the side of the Zionists. Try looking up Zionism on Wiki. Funny that they wont even let people edit pages about themselves and yet some turd can write comments like they did about Sony. I have found countless errors on Wiki before and I was shocked to see sites I trusted to link back to them when a) wiki is subject to change and b) it's totally non-factual about anything complicated.

If any one can change the site with apparently little to no oversight within the little clique that runs it, then they can just make "facts" fit with their personal views. As I stated above they had Lavon wrong and with Rich they didn't even mention he was in the Mossad. I see wiki because anytime I look someone up they are one of the top links but when I read them (and I have already read the hostory or rememeber the events as they happened) and I am thinking WTF who wrote this bullshit? I looked on there about the Civil War and all kinds of things were wrong, later they changed slowly but plenty of things on Wiki are plain bull, omitted, or distorted.

Ry you've got to chill out man. I'm serious people do that to wikipedia all the time. You'll see everything from racial slurs to just completely random missinformation added to the articles.

Wikipedia has always been bullshit. I remember making a thread here a little while ago complaining about it.

Well that is what I am talking about. That is all I want to say is how inacurate it is because people dont have to be so obvious with their edititnig. They could easily just chnages some names and dates around. It is particularly important with politics. People need to know that wiki is not an encyclopedia. There is very little fact checking on it and even then people can constanly change things back.

I am sick of people going to wiki to look up Zionism and coming away htinking if you are not a ZIonist then you are an anti-Semite.

Yeah that's the problem, wikipedia is like the most "trusted" source of information for casually looking up something for people age 15-25. Faux news for the younger crowd.
