He's saying what clowns have been on the media saying stupid things like comparing radiation levels to an X-ray and ignoring that 1) and xray is only a second long not all day and 2 and xray is only a RAY there aren't any particles to inhale. When you can inhale particles that's not rays hitting you its rays living in you. He debunks all the clever worded stats and explains why it's bullshit. He also talks about the stupid cartoon of the reactor and how that's not at all what it looks like and how the professors don't know squat and people should be asking the engineers. He also said how TEPCO's measurements are bunk because they are so spread apart and not constant. They dont know what is getting out or where it is going.

Guy has Okinawa-ben Japanese too so its harder to understand him. For us Kansai and Kanto guys.

My Japanese is not all that good but he is basically saying that things are much worse than the Japanese media are saying; the radioactivity is much more dangerous than they say, possibility of a radioactive cloud engulfing all of Japan for 5 days, we're expecting a much greater earthquake; i.e., get the fuck out of Japan!!!.
