White cops. Black victim. And it happened in Georgia. Can't say I'm surprised at the whole thing.

Inmate dies after being tasered in chest five times.
More news out of Georgia this morning, as Gwinnett investigators released a tape of a subdued inmate, Frederick Williams, being tasered in the chest five times at a county jail outside of Atlanta last year.
Williams had been arrested on domestic violence charges, as his wife said he didn't take his medicine for epilpsy and had gotten violent. They took him to Gwinnett County Jail with shackles on his feet and handcuffed. At the beginning of the video, you can hear him yelling, "Don't kill me man!" as he was being led into what would be the last room he'd live in. Once he was there, eleven officers tried to force Williams into a restraining chair. When he resisted, he was tasered in the chest not once, but five times. In between taser shots, you can hear the officer say, "You want it again?" After the fifth shock, Williams fell unconscious and eventually died.
Take a look at the video, courtesy of 11 Alive News in Atlanta.
I don't have a problem with the use of the taser, in and of itself. But when you have eleven cops in a room restraining one man, yet they still feel the need to taser a man that's already overpowered, I have a serious problem with that. Tasers and other devices are to be used when the officers are undermanned, and having trouble subduing the assailant. Show me eleven cops that can't restrain one man, and I'll show you eleven cops that should be fired, because they can't do their job effectively.
In spite of this, a Gwinnett County grand jury declined to press charges (they NEVER looked at the video), the sheriff's department stated the officers acted appropriately and a police investigation cleared them of criminal wrongdoing. I find this very hard to believe. If this isn't considered excessive force, then what would? 41 shots? Quote: IQ & EYE_C_US User ID: 327377 11/16/2007 5:46 PM
FIRST, I WOULD LIKE TO BEGIN AS SAYING: MAY G'D BLESS FREDERICK WILLIAMS AND HIS FAMILY AND GRANT HIM PARADISE.. WITH ALL THE SPECULATION AND COVERUP; FROM FIRST HAND ACCOUNT, I(IQ) WAS SHOT IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD NEAR MY OPCIPITAL LOBE IN 1989. THIS CAUSED ME TO HAVE MINOR SEIZERS, LOST OF MEMORY SHORT TERM, AND MINOR SHOCK. FROM WHAT I GATHER, DEACON WILLIAMS, WAS GOING THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS AND THE INFO. THAT WAS OBTAINED BY THE FIRST OFFICER PROVES THIS DELIMA WAS KNOWN BY HIS FAMILY. SO FOR CAUTIONARY REASONS THEY ATTEMPTED TO EXPLAIN HIS NEURAL EFFECTS!! SO IT DOESN'T TAKE A GENIUS TO HEAR BROTHA WILLIAMS SAY "DON'T KILL ME, I HAVE A FAMILY" AND THE END RESULT IS QUOTED CALLING HIM "DELIRIOUS" MEDICALLY SPEAKING. TRUTH STANDS CLEAR FROM FALSE HOOD AS RECORDED. BROTHA WILLIAMS QUOTING "DON'T KILL ME" MORE THAN ONCE AND THE OFFICERS TASERING HIM FIVE TIMES AT 50 VOLTS OF ELECTRICITY, = 250 VOLTS... NOW YOU TELL ME WHO'S DELIRIOUS???? IQ AND EYE_C_US Quote: amance User ID: 469755 7/18/2008 3:30 AM
In regards to your comment about Deacon Frederick Williams, you should know that slow-motion playback and frame analysis shows a cop crushing and pulling Deacon's testicles causing him to *resist*. What a horrible way to go to be helpless while you are choked and your testicles are being crushed. Quote: ShadowDancer User ID: 287857 7/18/2008 3:54 AM
It is abhorrent as the man did have epilepsy and that means the use of the taser is CONTRAINDICATED
his wife making complaint-off meds for epilepsy(which is frequently the similar meds as they give bi-polar folks or psychotics) So not being on his regular dose for his epilepsy would likely produce behavioral manifestations-and he being an epileptic he is sensitive to MRI,electrical discharges/misfirings during a seizure
if his epilepsy is serious enough he could die of that in and of itself
but It would be the same as him having a pacemaker, the cops(obviously uneducated to the level required to do the job without these repeated errors in judgement)and they knowing he has a pacemaker or even a cardiac condition-and they taser him-cardiac arrest-and they will say he resisted and caused it himself...then in court they will marginalise what the extreme voltage did to the man, blaming his condition...just as they use to blame the rape victim OPENLY...
Epileptics can have issues(possible repetitive head injuries during seizures)Many can go into a seizure just with flashing lights...or even certain triggers and these pigmen were so stupid as to feel they were doing a service...for whom? or what???was NOT the citizens of this country
They killed this man-vigilante style
judge and executioner
coming for all of us
regardless of the charge(I abhor wifebeaters)he had yet to go to court or be convicted
so torture is the norm now
Like the EMD bracelets the gov is pushing for airline passengers and those being interrogated(if they do not like your answer....no, I am not a witch,no, it is a mole,no, I did not curse farmer browns cow...ZAP...NO....ZAP....yes, I cast a hex on browns cow....ZAP.....everyday I put the evil eye on it....)
EMD(electrical muscular disruption)
Hmmmmm wonder what they will attribute this guy to dying from in their "care"
with that kind of "compassionate care" who the hell can survive
Many of the pigmen have serious issues and it seems insane clown posse was more than a band
another lowly terrorist dead-more medals for the nitwits,er,heroes
It is not only torture, but negligent and the man is dead
I also know the taser company is going around pressuring Medical Examiners who IMPLICATE THE TASER IN DEATHS-then the M.E. are then visited by TASER reps who start to strongarm the docs who have signed the death certificates, attesting to harm from the taser or it contributing to the death, and many HAVE BEEN THREATENED...some have backed off the opinion vs getting drug into court... This is the truth. This can be found if one seeks-TPTB have also sought to change the law so that anyone dying as a result of taser-will be considered to be like causing it themselves by nervousness or something just as absurd-it was so ludicrous I forgot the spin term they will REGULATE to help porvide immunity for the taser company.
there have been over several hundred deaths, but there is no link...sure,you bet....heart,electrical,cannot possibly be...
whatever Octavius, all is well in babylon
Phreak PIGMAN HAS ARRIVED-animal farm
"4 legs good,2 legs baddddddd"
Who are the sheep, and where are the wolves???

Goddamn stupid cops. I guess you don't need a high I.Q. to be a cop these days. They told the cop not to go near him and not to start shit because of the medical condition, but the cop did anyway. http://www.truthnews.us/?p=223Quote: Death by Excited Delirium: Diagnosis or Coverup? Laura Sullivan Taser Report May 5, 2005 http://www.mackwhite.com/archive55.htmlA grand jury in Georgia has not only declined to watch a video of a Taser-related death, it has dismissed all charges in the case. In the video, Frederick Williams, a 31-year-old father of four, can be seen being Tasered at least five times in the chest (in one minute) while being held down by several deputies in the Gwinnett County Jail. In a letter responding to an article about the case in the Atlantic Journal-Constitution, Melvin Johnson, attorney for Williams’ family, described the circumstances of Williams’ arrest and death. In summary, this is what happened: It all began when Williams’ wife called 911 to report that Williams was behaving in a violent manner due to problems caused by medications he had been prescribed for epilepsy. (Bear in mind: Williams had neither threatened nor harmed anyone. Also, he was unarmed. His “violent” behavior, so far, amounted to nothing more than walking up and down his own driveway, “talking crazy.”) In her 911 call, Mrs. Williams made it clear that her husband’s behavior was a result of his problems with the medication. Also, this information was repeated to the first police officer to arrive on the scene not only by Mrs. Williams, but also a deacon from the Williams’ church. They begged the officer not to approach Williams without backup from other officers, for they were concerned for the officer’s safety.
The officer responded by pulling out his baton, approaching Williams, and shouting for him to shut up. When the grievously afflicted Williams did not shut up, the officer began beating Williams with the baton. Williams reacted by grabbing the baton. A struggle over the baton ensued, during which the officer fell and sustained a minor injury; he then retreated and radioed for backup.Backup arrived in the form of 10-15 cops. Together, they somehow managed to subdue the “crazy talking” Williams; that is, they all piled in to him and hog-tied him. Very brave. Meanwhile, Williams’ wife and four young children, also the deacon and others begged the police to take Williams to the hospital for treatment. The police replied: “This guy has injured one of Our Own. We will take him to the jail and deal with him. We have all of the medicine we need at the jail.” Mrs. Williams tried to give her husband’s medications to the police, but they knew better, of course; they had better medicine at the jail. Meanwhile, the deacon had called the pastor of the church; the pastor asked to speak to an officer. The pastor too explained that Williams’ behavior was due to epilepsy and begged for medical attention. But he, too, was told the same: Williams will be treated with medicine at the county jail. The medicine, apparently, was a Taser gun. Five jolts from a Taser, to be precise. Five jolts into the chest. In less than a minute. With several deputies holding him down. Police work at its finest. In the aforementioned video, one deputy can be heard saying, “Do you want another one?” Williams’ response (his last words, in fact): “Please don’t kill me …” And in that same article a comment was posted. Earthmother on October 9th, 2007 This is apparently how it is commonly done. My personal experience in calling 9-11 over a psychiatric emergency (which the police caused with their negligence and harassment tactics, by the way) was 1. being lied to more than once by the trooper in charge, 2. rather than the promised trip to the hospital, a SWAT team was called in, 3. Hubby goes off to jail to be screamed at and threatened, then tossed into solitary. I had to bail him out of there to get him the help he desperately needed. Conditions of bail? He is not “allowed” anywhere near me! Court case going on over a year now… Possible missing evidence (guns)…
Another person had to call 9-11 on their son who was having mental troubles and they brought in the SWAT team again, only this time they gunned him down in cold blood. These incidents happened within just a few months of each other.
My experiences with the State Police in WV over the last 35 years have led me to create an alternative blog site for our area, and I am privy to many “misadventures” within our legal system having to do with our state’s “finest”. We have severe police corruption in this county and in the state as a whole, which we try to bring out in the open, and KEEP it out in the open…
