Chino police Cpl. Claudia Lisner shot 23-year-old Daniel Balandran as he stepped outside of McDonalds. Oh but don't worry the 23 year old was guilty of wearing the same color shirt as a robber the police lady was also shooting at.

Great Idea to pick a fire fight in front of a McDonalds over a robbery. Didn't the cop think for 2 seconds that shooting at people form a distance in a city was going to endanger everyone around them. Better to risk letting a robber get away than to just shoot randomly at people.

What is with all the police abuse lately. I guess people have wised up enough to have a camera in the car or at the house at all times to catch this crap.
