Int'l man of mystery you listen to allot of girls music, I do too but you do allot. No offense, I was gonna say something 75 pages ago
Well, I'm not familiar with the distinction between girl music and guy music, so it doesn't mean much to me.
I had a couple of girlfriends in the 90's and it's like you've been posting songs straight out of their CD rack. Thats why I said it. I like it, well allot of it. I just wouldn't buy most of it.
here's two of my favorite girls songs:
TLC - Waterfalls (Live @ MTV Movie Awards 1995)
TLC - No Scrubs

I wouldnt say "Int'l man of mystery" likes "girl" music, whatever that is, I would say he likes top 40 music or bubblegum music. At any rate, music that gets a lot of play time on the radio.
Pop music is overwhelmingly bought by girls 8-18 years old, allays has been
Not pop but surely a girls song:
Erykah Badu: Call Tyrone
Phys, Trip hop music is somewhat girls music (you post it lol), not exclusively but disproportionately over other electronic genres the producers are females. I have a great Album "Trip-Hop Sessions, A Female Experience". got to go now, I'll post some of it later.

That sounds very subjective.

I like those songs. I actually wanted to post the first one until I realized it had already been posted
Erykah Badu is cool, although I don't think that I've heard much of her music. Here is one song of hers that I enjoyed:
"On & On" - Erykah Badu:

Well yes music is for the most part subjective. I'll make an extreme end point, ok an adult man buys a Justin Beaver album and tries to make the case that ALL music is subjective and there is no such thing as girls music. Clearly this man has lost touch with reality and would need someone like me to bring him back down to earth. Could you seriously claim that a heterosexual male would buy a Britney Spears album?
Bands like the Dan Band only preform chicks songs because its so obvious they're girls songs that its funny, actually freakin hilarious:
