No figure in US history is more cult enshrined, untouchable and compared to Jesus more than Abraham Rail Road Lawyer Lincoln. He was Mercantilism personified, ignored the constitution, started a war that resulted in over a million deaths and then his generals went West to kill a Million Native Americans. That would be like killing 24 million people on the American continent today. Imagine a president killing 24 million people in two terms. Would there be any shock when he got shot?
