I wanted to give everyone a quick guide to help further educate their friends and family. That is after all how we mobilize people into action.

So lets start w/ the US Constitution it states:

Article. VI. - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Which clearly makes all the articles in the UN Charter “supreme Law of the Land”.

Then UN Charter has clear guidelines w/respect to preemptive wars.

Article 51 states:

Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain inter- national peace and security. Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defense shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security.

This was not self-defense (regardless of how you feel on 9/11, even the 9/11 commission report states that Iraq wasn’t involved on 9/11 and this was done by the govt themselves) nor not ok'ed by the UN counsel. Therefore, illegal. It is our obligations as American's to take America back. This isn’t about red state/ blue state this about human rights and honor. We need to honor our children and our country by being an example to the rest of the world. "With great power comes, great responsibility." Soliders have the right and obligations to refuse to fight when illegal orders are given.

I haven’t even begun to talk about the crimes against humanity that is taking place in Iraq, but we failed on over 10 different accounts. Read the charter. You will be sickened.

I hear you but what can we do? I don't have the answer but we need to fight smarter and think of something we can do to change the inhumanity going on in Palestine, Iraq, Red Lake, Afgan etc

How do we do it? I think we have to come out of the woodwork to support the few like Paul, Mckenny, Ritter and so on who are in somewhat of a postion of power and are making a difference.

We also need to put pressure on the liberal anti-War crowd. Not by directly attacking Obama but by indirectly talking about policy and actions that are clearly not anti-War. In other words, an attack on policy not a direct attack on Obama so the liberal crowd can still have allegiance to Obama if they want and just disagree on the war issue. The other thing that would be helpful is to utilize the conservatives that are just anti-Obama not really anti-War. Policy addresses both crowds.
