No it is not true that we have improved the quality of life. Much of Iraq has been covered in Depleted Uranium which is caused deaths and birth defects. Bagdad has less that 5 hours of electricity a day. The schools we have opened are more like indoctrination camps not schools. What we did was set up a shi'ite theocracy with the shiites and kurds bringing Iraq back to the 6th century.

Women now have Less rights. Iraq is a police State where shi'ite police arrest the Sunnis. Many cities still have no clean water or power and some cities have just been leveled. They are no where near the levels of pre-war Iraq. The contitution is based on the Korran and so there is only a democracy within the theocracy its a joke. There are still torture camps mass killings etc. Iraq is a mess and on the brink of a civil war, our troops are there to protect US contractors and help US corporations steal.
