His top set of teeth are where the lower ones are supposed to be, and he has a "set of gums" where the top row of teeth usually are.
It is like someone has a handful of skin at the back of his skull, and is pulling it backwards (with a rope attached to it, naturally).

Ry is right. This type of prick is exactly like the bastards that get in power positions. I don't know anything about the guy. Given that, who gives a shit? Let him tie his junk up if that's what makes him happy. It's not hurting anyone else. Twisted, depraved, explorative, adventurous, stupid, whatever you want to call it, as long as it's not infringing upon anyone else I don't think anyone should care. Just cuz it's not what rattles your cage doesn't mean it's something he should be strung up for (pardon the pun).

I don't care what he does with sex toys or even what all illegal drugs he takes or who he fucks. However what I do care about its that liek it or not none of that shit is aceptable in the US public opinion and this guy works for a new agency thus making him very prone to blackmail. Thats why it matters.
