3 Days of Action in Washington, D.C.

New Yorkers are outraged by this war, by the effects on our communities, by the criminal negligence of the Bush Administration’s response to Katrina. We need to let them know that they can join with hundreds of thousands of others from around the country to say, Enough!
In these last 6 days, we will be out leafleting every day at busy locations and events to spread the word.
Sunday, 11:00 a.m. - Bagels and coffee before going out to leaflet at festivals and events. United for Peace and Justice office at 322 8th Ave (enter on 26th St), 9th floor.
Monday-Thursday, 5:00-6:30 p.m Meet with others at the United for Peace and Justice office to leaflet. Or pick up a stack of leaflets to give out at subway stops at rush hour.
New 11x17 posters available at the UFPJ office! Come by, pick up a stack, and ask businesses in your neighborhood to display them prominently.
