::hangs head in shame::
yesterday i was bored and went to the Pro-Bush group in MySpace (yes!!! ewwww) to stir shit.
(funny thing is? almost all the other people in there were questionning things...almost ALL of about 30 people except for two real winners who just kept gay bashing and stuff! idiots!)
p.s. i think we should make it a tradition that everyone confesses one thing a week! lol!!!

I'm moving this to MISC.
I truly don't understand how anyone could support the president. He has fucked up on everything on every issue.

I have a friend in the UK who keeps inviting me to KKK and other racist groups on MySpace... of course, this is to "bring them down" by basically spamming their forums with anti-racist words. I haven't seen anything happen to these groups yet though...

give me a link. I won't spam them but I will kill their arguments.

actually, i spent all day again today in there (Pro-Bush) doing a sort of social experiment. it's a lot more lively there, and i think that may be partially because a lot of people of different beliefs, both pro- and anti-Bush go in there. some come to argue, a few to be just plain ugly, some to honestly learn, some to defend. a good way to spend some time looking at things, seeing as how i'm laid up for two more days with this knee.
anyhow, it was interesting how fast i killed a lot of arguments myself, Ry, and I'm not even half as informed as you are but i didn't argue a lot of issues and tried to make it clear that it was simply my opinion and food for thought. i just kept being polite and clear (or as clear as i tend to be) and logical and didn't respond to personal attacks and tried to nip other personal attacks without being judgemental or accusatory.
my overall impression of the place as a whole is that it's a lot more active than say 9-11, Conspiracy Nuts, Democrats or Republicans. And for some reason seemed like a more reasonable atmosphere. but that could have been just today. who knows. it wasn't a controlled experiment by any means.
