Amen to that! I have a friend on My Space who is a total parrot of the Democratic Party. I can't help but chuckle when he posts a blog about how he volunteered his time to get people registered. Such a fascade. He's wasting so much time.

Speaking of which, Nanci Pelosi sent me a message in the mail asking me to send money to some bullshit Democratic campaign. She's gotta be high. She asked for like 35 bucks so I could give it to the OTHER K-Street whores. Why would it make a difference to me? I should send her hate mail. Or tell her she has to direct all the funds to Dennis Kucinich & Russ Feingold. I hate her so much. She's so pseudo-rebellious. Yeah, she's doing SOOO much by saying "The President has failed". So has your party you idiot.

The Democrats as in the people don't see that the Democrats as in the actual elected party, are not against the war.
Get a new party if you are Anti-War or force your party to represent you because right now they aren't.
Don't get sucked into the left-right paradigm. Republicrats that's what we really have, one party.
YOu got a hanful of people in congress fighting the war mongers one of them is a republican one independent and 3 democrats. Rally around these people, forget about the party, support the individuals.

As Anti-neocons not as Dems, Greens, Independents, Paleo-cons, etc but as one unified anti-war voice.

The reason why I vote democrat (yes I vote democrat don't shoot me) is because... I value the their social views. If we had a strong enough 3rd party (greens etcc) I would vote for that however, it's not just being anti-war for me...social issues, like abortion and the separation of church and state are also important..it's a tough choice but if I have to choose between an ass and an asshole, I'll choose the ass evertime cause let's face it at least an ass has substance.....

Bah.. I think we have enough power in N.G.O.'s, what the State Department declassifies, and the few and far between good Congresspeople lobbying that we don't need to endorse a single party at all. I dunno.. it's like.. chess. You just go for the queen right away (the analogy I'm making for Democrats & Republicans) you're totally gonna get murdered and if not you're not gonna like the outcome anyway because you lost a lot of important pieces. But if you play your pawns & rooks & bishops & everything, use all the options at your disposal and think really hard about what you're doing you could end up taking the king.

The moral of the story? You might as well choose to Recycle more before you choose to vote. It doesn't help much I don't think. Or just do so for laughs.

I went for the queen. I moved out of the country.

I vote for greens in local elections hell voting at all in a local election is something.

I vote for people not parties. I don' tsee the democrats having any good sicail issues not in my part of VA.

The two parties to me are like dog shit and horse shit.
