The Iraqi government has spent billions supposedly, but where did it go? The sewage still doesn't work there are electric outages, and no trash pick up... The new heavily American influenced thieves I mean government has done nothing but waste money enriching itself.

It's like IMF loans to Africa, billions disappear but they still have dirt roads and goats eating trash. Where is the money going and who if anyone is even keeping an eye on this?

I think it is going to pay the interest on the first loan, the next to pay the interest on the second loan on infinitely.

Thats where the US's money went. Where has the Iraqi money gone? It's not going to endless contractors esp not a year and 3 months after the occupation ended. It's been going to banks, and to "administrative" cost aka their own salaries.
