Xi Jingping has been missing since September 1st and so has He Guoqiang and there are rumors that they are both dead or seriously injured by car acciendents arranged by Zhou Yongkang
Xi's people canceled a meeting with Hilary Clinton at the last hour as well as leaders form Demark and Russia.
Zhou Yongkang of Bo Xilai or... something deeply wrong within the CCP

No i dont think so because either way all the chinese want the senkaku islands. this division only weakens their position.
Xi's rival Bo Xilai is in the deep and has also been missing. Bo's wife was convicted of murder of a British businessman and so Bo was fired, on top of that his Cheif of Police Wang J. Was caught in scandals involving taking bribes from the mafia. That court date is set for Sep 18th
Today Xi finally made an appearance . Well sort of they posted one picture of him on a website and said he visited some university. They claimed he had hurt his back. But then why have He G. and Bo both also been missing? And Why wouldn't Xi show his face amidst the rumors for two week and cancel meetings with Hilary Clinton, the Prime minister of Singapore, and the PM of Denmark, and Russia officials all on the final hour. If he was hurt what hospital was he at and why didn't even his family know where he was?

I didn't know if this was a divisive issue between political parties, or not.
I always get a bit concerned when I see news a of sudden (and suspicious?) leadership change . . .
