The idea that there were no on-board hijackers was the working theory at one point, when it was believed that all the calls were faked.

thats from the FAA its not the black box and its very questionable, they certainly do have an Israeli accent. There were hijacker we have all this info on then not only from the flight schools but also some of them were known terrorist who in the past has worked for the US in Bosnia and Chechnya. You have to have hijackers or you can't turn the planes around and fly for 30minutes.
