intervention is a not a solution. Stop crippling their economies with the IMF and the basis that china supports despots in return for buying resources is false. They sell resources because china will pay for them. there is no need for the despots. People join the army to avoid total poverty. It's not all kidnapping. It's a choice of serve of starve. A large bulk of Blackwater is also out of Africa and Central America for the same reasons.
